Security & Trust
101 Financial Group LLC (101) takes protecting your information seriously. Here is how we protect your information.
Security Measures & Data Protection
101 has taken the following important measures to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Whenever personal information about you is stored, that information is password-protected from unauthorized access or use. In addition, this information is kept only on servers that are located behind a "firewall," designed to keep unauthorized users from accessing our network. Our network firewall is a combination of hardware and software. The User ID and Password you select, along with your unique Contact ID number prevents others from accessing your information. We encourage you to let us know immediately if you suspect that the information you share with us is being used in any way contrary to this policy. 101 cannot protect you if we do not know that your Password or IDs have been compromised. To contact us, send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Secure Socket Layer Encryption
101's application sessions and applications are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer Encryption. This technology scrambles data as it travels between your computer and our servers, making it virtually impossible for anyone to access your account information. To access your accounts or apply for an account, you must use a browser that supports 128-bit encryption security.
101 will never send emails requesting account passwords, credit card numbers, or other sensitive information. Never send sensitive information via unsecured email communications.
Use of Public Computers
If you use a public computer (in a library, Internet cafe, university, airport or other common area) we recommend the following. Once you complete your session, logout of your account, clear the web browser's history, delete the cookies, and clear the cache; then close the browser window.
